Aramex useless server

I am not happy with the way Aramex has handled my parcel. I purchased some baby clothes from PatPat in Hong kong and my parcel was shipped using aramex. Upon my parcel arrival in South Africa it was selected for inspection since last week Monday. I have send aramex the invoice and how much payed for delivery fee and pictures of everything inside. Now they are saying im suppose to pay r1000 for mis declaration of customs value. Of which PatPat includes cusoms in their shipping fee l payed 75usd. I don't understand how im suppose to add another 1000rands yet l have paid shipping and customs already. How am l suppose to pay another R1000 on top of the 75usd l paid. This is totally unacceptable. Mind you this is not the first time l have bought from them. Aramex your service is poor and very bad. You should do better
