Aramex, use it at your own risk

I couriered a four bundles of Brazilian hairpieces to Limpopo Turfloop on Monday the 6th of August 2018. It arrived yesterday the 7th of August but the person who received the parcel realised that the 1 bundle of 16 inch Brazilian hair was missing and somehow there is a slip that was cut off and remained inside the package. They claim that they are not responsible for loss, how is that possible. This just goes to show that they are aware of the people *****ing and do not want to take responsibility for that. I personally placed everything in the package and there is no sound explanation as to how it got missing. They also said that when we courier something to rural areas, they employ other agencies to deliver them from that side. The way i sealed it is not how it was sealed when the parcel arrived. This is just nonsense and Aramex cannot say that they are not responsible for things that get missing
