ARAMEX UNRELIABLE DELIVERY

My order was expected yesterday. I took off work & waited all day but no delivery. I received no communication saying they wouldn't deliver.. I received another SMS this morning to say it would be delivered today. I took off work yet again to be available for delivery. I called Aramex this morning to confirm delivery today and was told the "driver ran out of time yesterday" but it would definitely be delivered today. At around 16:45 I still had no delivery & when I called Aramex again this afternoon I was told it wouldn't be delivered again today. This is absolutely ridiculous & not the first time I've had issues to Aramex not delivering when expected. Am I expected to take yet another day off work?
