Aramex unprofessional and incapable of delivering a service

Seeing that my delivery address is a 7 minutes drive from their Silverton offices, I must say this is the worst service, customer service and experience I ever encountered with a courier company, that prides themselves in "fast and safe delivery" "Your parcel has never been in safer hands" really, apparently their hand are so safe but they are incapable of using a gps. My parcel has been with them for 2 weeks now, and each day there is a new story as to why delivery was not made, if you get hold of them. The call centre cuts you off as soon as you get through or it just gives a engaged tone. The website and the app does not work, so I would also like to know if anybody there actually does anything, as it seems for specialized couriers there is no one there with any specialized s****s or a sense of direction. Thanks to aramex, I assume that everything in my parcel is already spoilt and dead. Will see when I receive my parcel if ever. Thank you guys, really appreciate your "specialized" service.
