Aramex unhappy customer

I ordered things from SHEIN which arrived at Aramex customs 19 July but till today I haven’t received my package. The last update is that they returned my package to sender because I didn’t pay customs clearance but Aramex has not even once contacted me by phone or email. I want my package order number *** I’m so disappointed.
