Aramex Trash!

I’m actually so tired of aramex and their terrible customer service, I ordered a parcel on shein 3 weeks ago and everytime I call in, they cut me off or just never return my calls. I wish there was a way to change the courier option on shein to avoid this mess! Today's excuse was that the driver came to drop off my parcel and my phone was on voicemail! Yeah right my phone was on the entire day… the estimated time of delivery has lapsed and I will go crazy if that parcel gets sent back!
