Aramex Track My Parcel - Ignored

I am waiting on a parcel that arrived in South Africa in August. I have followed up numerous times but none can tell me when I can expect my parcel to be delivered. It has been with Port Health since August 14, Usually, this takes 3-5 working days... It has been 3 weeks and I have asked numerous times for updates and I just get ignored.
