Aramex totally unreliable!

I have sent a parcel to my client on Monday 13 Dec (a bride who is getting married tomorrow). It is still not delivered after 5 days while they boast to deliver within 1/2 days! They do not answer their phone, they do not get back to me after whatsapps, emails and online requests that I have sent them. I will ever use Aramex again. Absolutely pathetic service!!
