ARAMEX THUMBS DOWN!!!!

The worst courier service ever, I don't understand why people still use this company for their clothing business. I bought shoes from a upcoming shoe brand this month and it didn't arrive but when I tracked my item it says on the website the parcel had been delivered on the 11 July, on the 12 July I then received a message saying that the parcel has been delivered. Not sure to who because I didn't sign for anything. DO NOT USE IT.
