Aramex Third Party Couriers - Non-delivery.

My actual rating of the company is 0+++. The absolute worst and most pathetic company I’ve ever dealt with. You get absolutely no service delivery. NONE. Where I should have recieved my parcel within 24 - 72 hours, I have already been waiting for six days now.

Then the driver has the audacity to lie and say that he attempted to deliver at 09:58pm, did he attempt to fall out of bed?! We were waiting until 12pm last night and only after then, we went to bed.

I spoke to Nazli this morning, and she went above and beyond to get hold of the Vaal offiices with no avail. I'm a first time Aramex user, not by choice, but due to Aramex's "we don't care" attitude, the supplier from who I bought the products, has lost a customer. Word of mouth is a powerful tool, and what Aramex clearly does not understand, bad news travels faster than good news. So Aramex, if we see you closing your doors, due to your incompotent personel that lies through their teeth, don't worry, no tears will be shed.

So again, after liasing with Aramex, I have to wait until MONDAY now to see if I will be able to recieve my parcel. The driver is Bongi. Bongi, DO BETTER. Have pride in your work.
