Aramex Theft of cash for Damaged Parcel

Parcel was damaged by someone at the Joburg office by cutting through the package with such force that the entire object inside the box was cut clean inhalf! Was then told i would receive a refund on package 2 months ago by Olivia and Katleho but they refuse to reply to status update or give me a refund. I will be laying a charge of theft against aramex aswell as personally suing them for there disgusting behavior. For me its not about the money its about the company and how disgusting they treat people.
