Aramex - THEFT and terrible customer service

I wish I could rate 0 stars for this company!

I ordered my cholesterol tablets and chose Aramex as the shipment company. My package was tampered with and my content was ******. Perfume instead of my tablets was delivered, I reported this on 14/07/2020. I mentioned that the tablets were for health issues, but Aramex did not seem to mind that at all!

I have been emailing and phoning back and forth between Kimberley and Johannesburg, without any success as there is a new excuse every time - this only after I have been holding the line for hours!!!!!

Aramex claims that your package is in the safest hands, but it is everything but! This shipment company cannot be trusted. Aside from the terrible customer service, they are totally incapable to take responsibility for their *********** and ************* staff.

After seeing how long they are still taking to resolve such a small case, I would never want to see how long they would take with a large shipment/amount.

I would not recommend Aramex, to anybody, ever.
