Aramex theft

Yesterday I paid R450 for "overnight" delivery from JHB to Upington area and was told the parcel will be delivered within 2 business days because it's not a major centre.I tracked the parcel this morning only to be told that it will be delivered on Monday(5 business days). ***? Blatantly *****ing from your customers is not acceptable. Courier Guy charged me R300 for exactly the same parcel/route and i received it within 24hrs. I will see to it that nobody i know never use pathetic aramex courier again.
