Aramex: The worst of the private sector, seems they are as fast and reliable as the Post Office

Horrible service. One package was delayed, when I called and tried to find out, I was told it was on hold for customs, this was after customs duties were paid. I tried to explain to anyone who could help me until eventually there was no choice but to wait. Second Parcel has apparently cleared customs 3 times in a week, basically just delaying the deliver of the package. Probably the worst Courier Company in SA, no concept of how the service industry works or how to help any customers, also a plain rude receptionist. Will avoid using them in future.
