Aramex the worst delivery service

I'm not sure if Aramex has actually ****** my package or what has happened. I keep getting told when I call that someone will call me back and no one ever does. I am obviously being sent on a wild goose chase. I've wasted about R300 calling them and they take at least 20 mins to answer, they don't respond to emails or anything else! They must be by far the worst delivery service there ever was!
