Aramex the worst delivery company I've ever come across!!!!

Im having the worst experience ever.. Ordered from SHEIN 9 Dec'23, packing and shipping went quickly.. Paid customs of almost R1106, which is in itself is crazy.. Anyway Aramex don't give parcel tracking updates.. I told them by 30 Dec I don't want the parcel anymore and want a refund, few minutes after the call they updated on the tracking history. They were at my address and phoned me.. All my details are incorrect and they couldn't reach me.. Meanwhile my phone was on correct number and I as at home the whole day.. On 2 Jan 24 I called again they **** my parcels was booked out for delivery.. Till 21:23pm..NO ARAMEX! Shein should give us options who should be the delivery company because I never experienced this with Buffalo.. I hate Aramex
