Aramex the worst courier service dont use

Got a parcel sent from china on the 13th of April and parcel was held for inspection.i received no communication from aramex, called in and submitted the required documents to aramex to suzzette in the customs department, had no response and escalated to Bernice who was of no help. its the 3rd of May no communication from aramex and the phone rings for more than 30min with no response till it goes dead.Im so upset.Such poor customer service
