Aramex - the worst courier in the entire world

Poor comms, a contact form that doesn’t work, no phone number, last time I ordered something from Amazon USA I received AN EMPTY PARCEL FROM ARAMEX. This time a parcel has been sent to me from the UK via DPD laser which turned out to Aramex in South Africa. Wonder if it will also be empty or if it will ever arrive. On the tracking tool the status has remained the same for days on end. Contact with them is practically impossible. Could weep with frustration. And they get away with it. Tracking number DPD ***
