Aramex The Worst Courier company on the planet.

Absolutely pathetic service. I cannot imagine in this day in age when business has been so hard and companies looking for more business, that someone would offer such pathetic service. I ordered a package from China on the 4th of December. The package arrived in Johannesburg on the 18th of December and to date i still have not received any feedback. I have called them over a dozen times. Most times they just cut off and when i do actually get through to a consultant, they have no clue what is going on. They keep telling my that customs has not yet released the documentation to indicate whether i need to pay anything in order for my goods to be released. Totally *********** staff. PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE ARAMEX. They are absolutely hopeless.
