Aramex the worst courier company in the world

Aramex is the worst courier company in the world. I was supposed to get a parcel with overnight delivery. Well, three days later and still nothing. Phoning their customer support in Pretoria is even a worse experience. Even after listening to their mediocre music for 40 minutes, I could not get a response from them. I have never experienced such pathetic service from any other courier company.
