ARAMEX THE WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER

I am extremely disappointed with Aramex's service. It has been 8 days since my courier was created, and the delivery is still pending. Worse, my customer, the recipient, keeps receiving misleading messages claiming that Aramex attempted delivery and that she didn’t answer her phone. This is entirely false. The recipient has been waiting at home for the delivery, and no Aramex representative has visited her residence. She even checked her security cameras to confirm that no delivery attempts were made. Furthermore, Aramex never called her as claimed in their messages. As a small business owner, this level of unreliability is unacceptable and damaging to my reputation. Aramex’s inefficiency and dishonesty are costing me credibility with my customers. I cannot trust them with my business, and I will never use their services again. If you value efficiency, reliability, and integrity in your courier service, I strongly recommend avoiding Aramex. Their lack of professionalism and accountability makes them unsuitable for any business looking to provide quality service to its customers.
