Aramex - the worst courier company

This is THE worst courier company!!! No communication and no answers.

When I asked when it will be delivered, this was the reply. "There is no record for this tracking number on our system." And this is not my first bad experience with Aramex - unfortunately I don't get to pick my courier company - because I would NEVER use them if I had a choice.
