Aramex the worst courier company

I sent a parcel to my customer on the 2nd of December, up until now l am still waiting for the parcel. When l track the parcel it will be saying shipment is out for delivery but later during the day it will say delivery has to be rescheduled for the next business day, this has been happening since the second. I will never use Aramex again, its the worst couier company. I am running a business and l lost a customer because of Aramex. The customer support is so rude when l call them ,they don't respond to emails .Drivers lie .
