Aramex the worst!!!

Terrible courier. Ordered urgent essential equipment. They received the parcel on 11 May 2020. Called on 20 May, because their tracking system is useless. I was told it will delivered on 21 May. The afternoon late of 21 May I called again. I was told, they are SO SORRY, that was the wind information. It will only be delivered on 21 May!!!! I called again 15 May. I was told the parcel is in Welkom since 14 May. The driver had too many deliveries, so it was not delivered. But they are so sorry. It will be delivered today 15 May. I asked who is the third party agent in Welkom, so I can collect my parcel there. No sir, THAT information we cannot give you. Why not!!!!!! It is not secret ir classified technology. The parcel is URGENT!!!!! The coyrierguy would had my parcel delivered the latest on Wednesday 14 May. I know. Ok used them as my regular couriers.
