Aramex the slowest courier ever

My package tracking number ********** 7780 Has been stuck at customs since the 15th I've called 100s of times wasted 200 mins. Not to get a proper answer .How does it take so long to go through port health especially when thsi is not the first time I've bought or seen these products in s.a .Whats more frustrating is you can't get hold of the people thays in charge of ypur case .Whats so unprofessional is when you get an agent transfer you to some one who they say can help . But all you hear is laughing and talking the background with no one speaking to you to help . Like come on this is suppose to be reputable company . Honestly aramex after using a few courier companies I can tell you have a long way to go . ...
