Aramex the dissapointment of a SPEEDY delivery service.

I have sent a package on Friday understandably pick up would be Monday. Its Wednesday today they recipients still have not received my package .... Very poor service delivery for a company that expressly says 24hr delivery first time using their service and am disappointed. No sms or email stating if they received my package at the depot..... i actually have to go track the package myself really?????????? Service delivery non existent
