Aramex terrible service

My package has been with aramex since December 2024 no email from them stating what the issue is only contacted them personally in jan checking what the issue was only to be told I had to.pay customs which I than.did now still no delivery package is just seating where ever in the local depot or where ever reporting same thing every day " reached destination " am in.so mush disbelief of how insufficient there service is. Sent emails lately and nobody replies
