Aramex terrible service and rude staff

Terrible service...they said my parcel was sent out on the 5th of November and today is the 10th I still haven’t received it, I call their Nelspruit branch yesterday (the 9th of Nov) the lady answering the phone was VERY rude telling me I must wait their driver in Witbank ran out of time but again today the 10th she tells me the very same story!! To my suprise I’m also around Witbank as well meaning I’m less important/being **** to since I haven’t receive my parcel in the 2 days. Their service is very bad and the staff is rude!!
