Aramex terrible service and customer support

Aramex South Africa is the worst courier ever. 2 weeks since my shipment has been with them. No feedback . When you call them they tell you someone will contact you. I asked to come get my parcel, I was told they still trying to locate it. For 2 weeks? Now I am being told its been reported missing and the person responsible for investigation is on leave. Same story everyday.
