Aramex terrible service!!!

After having lived overseas for many years and using Amarex internationally, I regret to say that Aramex South Africa's service is going down along with the country!

I requested (and paid for) collection of a parcel on 26 December and received a confirmation email saying collection would be on the 26th. It is now the 28th and still the parcel has not been collected!

In addition, waiting to chat with an agent is a painstaking process. Waiting for agents to respond is even more painstaking!

I urgently need this parcel on a tight deadline!!!
