Aramex terrible service! 6months and no package received! Do not use ARAMEX

I have not received my package in 6 months. It's been in Johannesburg airport since May. Nobody has contacted me . Whenever I call they promise to call back and nobody calls. The service is pathetic. I've used TNT And DHL and I've never experienced such problems. DO NOT USE ARAMEX THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND NOBODY ASSISTS . I have even paid the custom DUTIES and they still havent released the goods.
