ARAMEX - TERRIBLE SERVICE

International packages just sit at the JHB hub for days or longer with nothing happening. There is no communication / feed back from them. You have to call them every day and all they tell you is there is nothing they can tell you. It takes DHL & FedEx customs brokers a few hours, on average, to clear packages (the longest ever was 2 days by FedEx), but apparently Aramex is completely incapable of doing this. The packages just remain static at their JHB hub with no explanation or feed back about the hold up. Because of their horrific service, I have stopped ordering items from Amazon.
