Aramex terrible courier service!

Terrible service!!!! My shipment was supposed to arrive on the 16th of December 2021 according to their website where you track shipments. Today is the 20th of December 2021 and still has not arrived and I have been calling for about 2 hours straight this morning where they make me hold and as soon as I can speak to a consultant, they hang up before I can know what is happening regarding my parcel. They have not provided any feedback in the past 4 days!
