Aramex sucks

This is absolutely unacceptable! My son sent this package from Pinehurst on 11 January 2024. Inside was 3 brand new t-shirts, a short, some chocolates and a very expensive bottle of wine. They mark the package in big bold red lettering as FRAGILE!!!!! After a long search, this parcel traveled from Cape Town to Johannesburg, BACK to Cape Town and was only delivered to me today, 1 February! The bottle of wine had broken - all the clothing was soaking wet in wine, stained beyond repair or replacement and full of mold!! This is really not what I would expect from Aramex and I am very angry. I'm going to post this on social media. I can't exchange the clothing, it's ruined and my expensive bottle of wine is broken and gone.Their response?: Have a wonderful day! Chat soon 😉
