Aramex sucks

Unfortunately I have to give this one star because phuck all stars is not available. My parcel was sent overnight from CPT a week ago, yet I'm still waiting. They've got 600 numbers to call but you are put on hold at every number you dial. I seriously wish an operator would awnser the phone so that i could ask another more reliable courier company to collect my parcel from them and have it at my house the same day. I would never EVER recommend aramex to anybody.
