Aramex sucks

This is the difference between you guys and DHL! So far 3 weeks from pickup, all kind of document requested and the waiting forever for a miracle kind of mentality, combined with absolute incompetency. DHL asked for and ID number and delivered in 4 days, the parcel was sent on the 22nd of November. The Aramex parcel was sent on the 4th, that means if you guys wanna be as good as DHL, then should have been delivered on the 8th. Now is the 23rd, already 2 weeks after the DHL’s standard. But let’s not compare Aramex with DHL. We had a parcel sent on the 5th with EMS and has been already delivered on the 18th, this week Monday. That’s not 4 days like DHL, but 2 weeks. However, it still seems that normal Post Office service is still more superior to you and so far a week faster, than Aramex and your time is still counting. Now please forward this e-mail to your superiors because I would like them to answer my question, which is:

WHY DO I PAY LOTS OF MONEY FOR ARAMEX COURIER SERVICE IF A DEAD SNAIL COULD DELIVER FASTER?!!!
