Aramex sucks

I sent a bag off to PTA on Monday and only to find out the bag is still at the store today on Friday what happened to 72 hour delivery nobody collected the bags at Shoprite Newlands the whole week so sad when you have important documents to be delivered, worse they promise to escalate and nothing was still done until I went to the store to confirm my package is still there 9 am, after contact aramex the package was only collected at 15:00 😭 a whole weekend before my bag can be delivered never and never again
