Aramex SUCKS!

I need something lower than 1 star. People answer the calls...eventually! Just to keep transferring you...but, NEVER any assistance! On top of that - the driver buzzes at the gate...and immediately drives away before I can even open for him! YOU SUCK Aramex!!!
