Aramex Store To door - Useless

Aramex has become the most unreliable service provider. i sent a parcel last week on the 9th of Jan 2024 from Montagu WC its going to Sandton GP and it has not been delivered neither can i track it, its just showing that the shipment was created i dont even know where the shipment is. The service is appalling.
