ARAMEX STORE TO DOOR HOPELESS

I posted my documents in the Aramex bin in Checkers Woodlands Bloemfontein on the 25th of Sept and to my dismay the parcels was never collected(suppose to be collected daily @ 15h) Only after 5 days and a lot of inquiries the parcels in the bin was collected and will be delivered tomorrow the 2nd of October
