Aramex store to door delivery a hoax

So Aramex said they deliver all over South Africa for R100 only I send out a package last month it's now the 11/07/2019, 14 days my daughter is still waiting for shoes I bought for her. After I called them twice with no assistance or solution. Poor service from them next people use Postnet or pep paxi. Here is my tracking number DBP***. They promised to call me Monday still no call today
