Aramex Stole my parcel, Disgusting service and behavior

I am so shocked with the service i am receiving from Aramex, i sent 6 parcels for my clients on the same day ****h of May) and same drobox, only 5 were delivered and one was never put through and not even captured, i have since been calling Aramex daily and all the time i just get responses that someone will call me back, they even tell me the name of the person who is handling my query which is Sanele but she never gets back to me, i wonder if they lost or stole my parcel cos they seem to be some ***** behavior going on there lately, we go out of our way to support this business but they treat their customers like *******.
