Aramex stole my parcel

Araxem never delivered my order to me that I ordered from Nike but the status shows it was delivered however i never got anything from them and they are not willing to help me regarding this matter and I need answers who’s yhe person that was doing the delivery and where he delivered my shoe as i do not know the person who signed for it
