ARAMEX stole my package

ARAMEX stole my package, my package according to the supplier and according to the aramex website is supposed to weigh 0.86kg but it doesn’t it weighs only 0.36kg meaning it is missing my supplier has provided sufficient proof that they sent out two products in one package but because of aramex only one arrived to me
