Aramex stinks!!
My clients sent me 2 parcels with Aramex. One, took 4 days to be delivered from Edenvale to Nigel. Their explanation was that they don't come to Nigel, they use third parties to deliver. The other one was placed on the Aramex Drop Box on the 5th of September 2018 in Cape Town. Two days later it still had not bee collected from the Drop Box. Their head office claim there is nothing they can do. Nice!!

The parcel that was placed in Aramex drop box on the 5th of September 2018 still has not been delivered. Today is the 12th of Setember 2018. Is there something that can be done about this by legal means?
