Aramex Stellenbosch - Shocking Service

Useless courier service! Parcel was dropped 11 Nov in Franschhoek CPT for delivery Vereeniging GP. Parcel was delivered on 13 Nov - with the original waybill, but the package content was swopped. The waybill clearly indicated content as Dried Fruit, but the delivered package had Rose Bath Salt. Whoever handled the package swopped the waybills, and there is no control measure to check who handled the package - 20 Nov (customer service backline) I was told they did a nationwide floor search and no one reported an incorrect parcel being delivered, and I was promised that camera footage will be checked since this has happened before (HELLO!!!). Today I was told (Stellenbosch) that they did a nationwide floor search (again! REALLY??) and no one reported their package as incorrect - sorry. BS!! Someone is getting away with swopping parcels and "people are not reporting it" is the excuse. I cannot believe that nothing is being done about this - shocking!! They kept reminding me that the parcel is not insured - I know that....BUT does that mean that they can do this and we can do nothing about it? I will never use Aramex ever again.
