Aramex *****s items from deliveries

Had an order from Amazon to be delivered by Aramex to my address in Cape Town. On the day the delivery was to take place, I received a phone call from the delivery guy to say his van had broken down and he would deliver at some other time. Strange that the EXACT SAME THING happened about two years ago with Aramex telling me their delivery van had broken down? To add insult to injury, I then received an e-mail from Aramex 5 minutes after the phone call stating that they had tried to deliver my package but I wasn't home! When the package was finally delivered, it had been opened and an item had been removed. I have lodged a complaint with Amazon and asked them NEVER to use Aramex again for my deliveries. ARAMEX IS USELESS!
