Aramex - Stay away, bad service!

I have tried using the Aramex Global Shopper. I got this email last week saying the following:

- "Please note that your Shipments will be moved to the states warehouse due to the consignments being for longer than 14 days in the country, where it will be auctioned or destroyed as per customs procedure."

I have tried mailing back, cc-ing staff, calling their numbers on the email signature and on the website - no answer, keeps ringing. My problem is that I have received no updates on my orders and only received the mail above. I have tried to contact them with no success and I have mailed them to contact me - again, no success. Useless, terrible service.
