Aramex - STAY AWAY

Absolutely the worst courier service I've EVERY used... They sent me an invoice for customs duties which I duly paid. Per their tracking site my parcel has been in their warehouse since 6th of January - it's now 7th Feb. They refuse to provide information, never reply to emails... They've stollen my money and my parcel ! Disgusting... There should be recourse available to customers for this...
