Aramex staff *****s from international packages

I ordered 3 pairs of sneakers from Nike aswell as socks. I only received 2 pair of Sneakers, no socks nothing. Nike says Aramex is responsible, Aramex claims to be investigating since 19 December 2024. Aramex knows very well that they opened my package and stole the sneaker and socks.

What’s difficult about returning my missing items or reimbursing me for it??
